Optical Super High Magnification Dermoscopy (OSHMD) represents an innovative tool for non-invasive diagnostics. This technique allows the observation of cutaneous lesions at up to 400× magnification, enabling the visualization of structures that are either invisible or barely visible under standard 20× magnification, including individual pigmented cells within the epidermis and superficial dermis.
