Cutaneous malignant melanoma (MM) needs to be diagnosed quickly and accurately to be curable. Traditional diagnostic methods have limitations in sensitivity and specificity, leading to many unnecessary excisions of benign lesions.  This study aims to evaluate whether integrating advanced imaging techniques­: Photoacoustic Imaging (PAI), Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM) and RNA tape stripping, with traditional dermoscopy, can enhance diagnostic accuracy for melanoma.
